Customize commission rules and payment rates for users with specific agreements or needs that differ from general settings. With Apizeal, you can configure and manage commission rules on an individual basis to optimize results.
Step 1: Access the user profile from the “Users” section
Go to the main menu of your Apizeal portal, located on the left side, and click the "USERS" button. The "LIST OF USERS" panel will be displayed.
Next, locate the user you are looking for and click on their name to open their profile. The corresponding user profile screen will be displayed, showing the registered information.
Step 2: Set up custom payment rates
In the submenu on the left side, click on the "COMMISSIONS & OVERRIDES" option. At the top of this section, you will see the option to add a custom rate for the selected agent.
Create the necessary payment rates by clicking the blue "+ ADD NEW" button located at the top right corner.
Step 3: Create and register new commission rules for the user
A window titled "Commission Rule" will appear, where you must complete the required fields:
Select a company.
Select a rule type.
Flat rate for new applicants.
Flat rate for renewed applicants.
Select state(s).
Finally, click the blue "SUBMIT" button to save the configuration. The specified rules will be recorded in the system for the selected user.
✏️ Note: Once you have added all necessary commission rules for the selected user, you can view, edit, or delete the registered rates in the "COMMISSION RATES" table. Custom rules override general ones when calculating commission reports that include the user.
