With Apizeal, you can set up overrides individually to optimize performance.
Step 1: Access the user's profile from the “Users” section
Go to the main menu on the left side of your Apizeal portal and click on the "USERS" button. This will open the "USER LIST" view.
Next, locate the user you're looking for and click on their name to open their profile. The user’s profile screen will appear along with their registered information.
Step 2: Set up custom commission rates
From the submenu on the left, click on "COMMISSIONS & OVERRIDES", and select the "Overrides" tab. At the top, you will see an option to add a new override for the selected agent.
Click the blue "+ ADD RATE" button in the top right corner to create the override.
Step 3: Create and register new user-specific commission rules
The "Commission Rule" window will appear. Fill in the required fields:
Select a user group
Select specific users
Choose one or more carriers
Rule type
Fixed commission rate per applicant
Finally, click the blue "SUBMIT" button to save the override settings for the user.
