To send SMS, MMS, or emails through Apizeal, you must have sufficient credit in your account. Below is a quick and secure guide to add funds from within the platform.
Step 1: Go to the Messaging Module
From the left-hand menu, navigate to SMS/Email. Once inside, click the "Add Credit" button, located at the top right of the screen.
Step 2: Quick Access via Messaging Console
You can also find the Add Credit button on any tab within the messaging console (e.g., "Automation," "Campaigns," or "Analytics"). This button remains visible in the upper-right corner, allowing you to add credit from different sections.
Step 3: Select Amount and Payment Method
Once in the payment module, you can:
Change the amount you want to purchase.
Choose your payment method: debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) or U.S. bank account.
Fill in the required information and click Pay to complete your transaction securely via Stripe.
