EIn Apizeal, your data always belongs to you. For that reason, the system provides an Export option within the Policies module, allowing you to download your information at any time and in different levels of detail. Apizeal offers two types of exports:
Quick Export
Full Export
Below is a summary of what each export includes and how to generate them.
Step 1: Go to the Policies module
From the left-side menu, select Policies. At the top right, click the Export button.
Step 2: Choose the export mode
A configuration window will open, where you can select:
1. Quick Export
Provides essential fields, ideal for simple reports or operational lists. Some of the fields included:
AGENT
AGENT NPN
BROKER/AGENCY
FULL NAME
FIRST / MIDDLE / LAST / SECOND LAST NAME
DATE OF BIRTH
PHONE / EMAIL
STATE / ZIP
CARRIER / PLAN / PLAN ID
MEMBER ID
APPLICANTS
MONTHLY PREMIUM
EFFECTIVE DATE
STATUS
ASSIGNED TO
SUBMITTED
LAST UPDATE
IS DUPLICATE / LAST DUPLICATE
INTERNAL CODE
2. Full Export
Contains all available policy, applicant, and household member information, including demographic data, eligibility details, and advanced configuration fields. This export includes a significantly larger set of columns, such as:
Personal information (name, gender, DOB, phone, email)
Physical and mailing address
Immigration status, marital status, income
Full plan and marketplace details
Costs, subsidy, and monthly premium
Update and cancellation data
Agent information
Detailed data for each family member
Step 3: Configure file name and security options
You may define:
The file name
Optional security settings (for encrypted exports)
Click Submit to generate the export.
Step 4: View your export history
All generated exports appear under Exports inside the Policies module.
There you can review:
Export date and time.
User who generated it.
Export mode.
Status.
Download option.
The section acts as a complete historical log of all exports generated to date.
