We understand that pricing updates may raise questions, so we've prepared this guide to explain how the changes will apply and answer the most common questions.
What you need to know
The pricing update takes effect on August 1, 2026.
Your new pricing will apply at your next renewal on or after August 1.
Your renewal date will not change.
There will be no prorated charges or early billing.
No action is required on your part.
Why is Apizeal updating its pricing?
Since founding Apizeal in 2019, we've remained committed to continuously investing in the platform to help insurance agents and agencies run their businesses more efficiently.
Over the years, we've expanded the Apizeal ecosystem with new products, features, and improvements while keeping our pricing unchanged.
This pricing update allows us to continue investing in innovation, infrastructure, security, and customer support so we can keep delivering a platform built to support our customers' long-term growth.
When does the pricing update take effect?
The new pricing becomes effective on August 1, 2026.
How will this affect my subscription?
The new pricing will not be charged immediately. Instead, it will apply at your next subscription renewal occurring on or after August 1, 2026.
Examples
If your renewal date is August 5, the new pricing will apply beginning with that renewal.
If your annual subscription renewal date is September 20, the new pricing will apply on September 20.
If your annual subscription renewal date is December 15, the new pricing will apply beginning with your December renewal.
Will my billing or renewal date change?
No. Your billing and renewal date will remain exactly the same.
Will there be any prorated charges or additional fees?
No. We will not apply any prorated charges or bill you before your renewal date.
The new pricing will only take effect on your next billing date occurring on or after August 1, 2026.
What are the new prices?
Beginning with your next renewal on or after August 1, 2026, pricing will be as follows:
Apizeal Core Platform (includes 1 user)
$50/month
$550/year
Apizeal User License (additional users)
$25 per user/month
$275 per user/year
Apizeal Growth Suite
$15 per user/month
$165 per user/year
Apizeal Client Engage
$90 per user/year
What happens if I add new users or products before or after August 1?
If you add new users before August 1, they will be billed at the pricing in effect when they are added.
However, beginning with your next subscription renewal on or after August 1, 2026, your entire subscription—including all active users—will renew under the new pricing.
If you add new products before August 1, they will be billed under the new pricing.
What if I remove users or make changes to my subscription?
Any changes you make to your subscription will continue to be subject to Apizeal's standard billing policies.

Does this pricing update affect every product?
Not necessarily. The pricing update only applies to the products included in your subscription.
If you do not currently subscribe to one of the products listed above, this update will not affect your account.
What if I'm only subscribed to Apizeal Growth Suite or Apizeal Client Engage, but not Apizeal Core Platform?
If you're only subscribed to Apizeal Growth Suite or Apizeal Client Engage, this pricing update will apply only to those products. Changes to the pricing of Apizeal Core Platform and additional User Licenses will not affect your subscription.
Are any product features changing?
In some cases, yes.
As part of this new chapter for Apizeal, we've not only renamed some of our products—we've also reorganized certain features to provide a more integrated experience and make it easier to manage your business and communicate with your clients.
The main changes are outlined below.
1. Apizeal Growth Suite
Previously: Marketing Bundle
Apizeal Growth Suite continues to provide the tools you need to attract new clients, automate sales processes, and grow your business.
What's changing?
Communication automations—including birthday greetings and payment reminders—are moving to Apizeal Client Engage, where all client communication tools are now centralized.
Growth Suite remains focused on helping you generate new business opportunities and streamline your sales processes.
2. Apizeal Client Engage
Previously: Messaging Service
Apizeal Client Engage now brings together all of your client communication tools into a single solution.
What's changing?
The annual Client Engage subscription now includes WhatsApp, which was previously available as a separate add-on.
Bulk SMS/MMS and email campaigns are now centralized within Client Engage.
Communication automations, including birthday greetings and payment reminders, are now included.
Coming soon: Toll-Free calling, allowing you to contact your clients directly from Apizeal.
Our goal is to centralize every interaction with your clients in one place, with communication history always connected to their client records, policies, and documents.

Do I need to do anything?
No. The pricing update will be applied automatically at your next billing date on or after August 1, 2026.
You don't need to make any changes to your subscription.
Is an annual subscription now available?
Yes. Beginning August 1, 2026, every Apizeal product will also be available with an annual billing option.
Benefits include:
One renewal per year.
One month of service is included every year (equivalent to paying for 11 months and receiving 12 months of service).
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Beginning August 1, 2026, you'll be able to switch to annual billing at any time through your Apizeal Billing Portal.
