Along with a refreshed identity, some products include new capabilities, while others have been reorganized to provide a more seamless and integrated experience.

Apizeal Core Platform is the foundation of the entire ecosystem and the starting point for every insurance agent and agency.

A new name that better reflects the platform's central role.
All the features you already use remain exactly the same.
It continues to serve as the foundation for every other Apizeal product.

Growth Suite brings together the tools that help you attract new clients, automate sales processes, and deliver a better customer experience.
What's changing?
Communication automations, including birthday greetings and payment reminders, are moving to Apizeal Client Engage, where all customer communications are now centralized.
Growth Suite remains the ideal solution for agencies looking to grow their business, automate repetitive tasks, and improve their sales process.
3. Apizeal Client Engage
Previously: Messaging Service
Client Engage brings all of your customer communication tools together in one solution.
What's changing?
It now includes:
WhatsApp is included with the annual subscription (previously purchased separately).
Bulk SMS/MMS campaigns.
Email marketing campaigns.
Communication automations, including birthday greetings and payment reminders.
Coming soon: Toll-Free calling so you can communicate with your clients directly from Apizeal.
