The user profile is a collection of settings and information associated with your user account. It contains essential information used to identify a person, such as name, phone number, address, profile picture, and individual characteristics, such as insurance licenses and social networks.
To complete and/or update your user profile information, follow the steps below:
Step 1
After logging into your Apizeal account, go to the top right corner and click on the option that says your name. Then click on the "MY PROFILE" option.
Next, you will see the screen that shows the options that contain the available fields to complete or update your user profile, such as your profile picture, social media, insurance, documents, commissions, etc.
Now, fill in the form for each option you see in the submenu on the left side of the screen.
Profile: contains your personal information.
Social Media: links and users of your social networks.
Insurance: refers to your data as an insurance agent—for example, NPN, FFM, and licenses.
Commissions: shows your user profile's rates and commission payment rules.
Documents: You can upload files and documents related to your user profile.
Security: In this option, you update your password, activate the multi-factor authentication feature, and configure IP restrictions.
And make sure to save all your changes by clicking the blue "SAVE CHANGES" button as you complete or update a field.
Pro-Tip: To edit any of these fields, place the cursor over the area and click to modify the information.
