Changing the email address associated with your user account

The email is a unique identifier for each Apizeal user. It is also where you will receive Apizeal notifications.

From the moment you register and activate your user account on Apizeal, it's associated with the email address that you subscribed with. This email address will allow you to log in whenever and wherever you are.

What is a user account in Apizeal?

An Apizeal user account is all the information about your customer database registration. It also tells the operating system which files and folders users can access.

So, as a user of, you can manage, store, and keep your business book securely and organized.

Important: Your email address is a unique and exclusive identifier for each user, and together with your password, it is used by the system to authenticate your identity and allow you to log in to your Apizeal account.

Below, we will explain how to change the email associated with your user account:

1. Go to your profile section.

From the main screen view of Apizeal, go to the top right corner and click on your name and photo. A window will open, and you must select "MY PROFILE."

2. Find the email address field.

You will see your Personal Information screen appear. Now, find the field labeled "EMAIL ADDRESS" and write the email address you want to use. Confirm your new email by clicking on the blue "SAVE CHANGES" button.

Note: An email can only be used by one account. Remember that it's an identifying factor and exclusive to each user. If you try to sign up with an email that another user is already using, the system won't allow you to make the change.

3. Remember to save the changes.

When you click the "SAVE CHANGES" button, your session will automatically close for security.

You need to log back in with the new registered email and the same password you set up.
