How to view, download, or print signature forms

We also explain to you how you can see who has signed or not the forms you have sent.

1. Go to "Signature Forms"

Go to the left side menu, choose "SIGNATURE FORMS". In the list of forms created in your account, you will be able to find on the right side of the screen the "ENTRIES" column, which shows you in detail how many people have signed the form.

2. Go to "Entries"

Now you have two options. The first one is to click on the number displayed in the "ENTRIES" column, which will take you to the detail of people who have signed the document.

The second option is to click on the blue button located on the right side of the screen, and then click on "VIEW ENTRIES".

3. Check the status

Now you will have access to the details of all the individuals to whom you have sent the specified form. You will see if your client has signed the document identified as "SIGNED", or if it is still pending their signature identified as "PENDING".

4. Apply the filters

You can filter the search by the client's first and last name of your interest or by the document's status.

5. Resend Request

In the event that a form is displayed as "PENDING", you can resend it to your client by clicking on the button located at the far right of the screen "RESEND REQUEST".

6. View a preview

In cases where the form status is "SIGNED," you can click on the blue "VIEW" button to display a preview of the form already signed by the client.

At the top, you will be able to observe the agent's record detail, and at the bottom, the client's signature form.

7. Print the form

If you wish, it is also possible to print the form by clicking on the blue button located at the top right "PRINT".
