We show you step by step how to configure automation and notifications in digital signature forms or letters.

1. Go to the "Signature Forms" section.

Once you are on the Signature Forms screen, you will see the forms already created in your account.

To make adjustments to the document, it is important that it HAS NOT BEEN SIGNED ONCE. If this is the case, click on the "V" button on the right and then on "MANAGE".

2. Go to the "Form notifications" section.

Once you are on the settings screen, go to tab #2 "Form notifications" and you will see several options available:

  • Automation: Allows you to automate the forwarding of the signature request for the letter when the client has not yet signed it.

  • Email notifications: You will see two fields, Spanish and English, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Apizeal offers a default pre-written text, but you can customize and modify it as you like. Remember that this will be received by the customer when you send the letter for signature.

  • Text message notifications: Just like in the previous option, you will have a field for English text and another for Spanish text available. You can modify it according to your needs.

Important: The link to view the document will be automatically placed at the end of the message by the system, so you don't need to include any link yourself.

Remember to save the changes (top right button "SAVE CHANGES") when finished to ensure you're working on the latest version of your form.

👀 Important: To send forms and letters via text message, the recording user agent must have messaging service activated, verified their number, and have available credit.
